Q : Hello, Mr. Zhang! How do you view the current IoT market? For traditional furniture companies, what changes can the Internet of Things bring to them?
A: At present, the application scenario of the Internet of Things involves many aspects, such as the Agricultural Internet of Things, the Industrial Internet of Things, the Home Internet of Things, etc. The Family Internet of Things also includes household, community and other subdivisions. The current home Internet of Things may not see a lot of front-end things, mainly focusing on simple integration, and now it has shown some, such as some preliminary interactive linkage architecture. The front end is currently mainly in the sensor category, but it is still quite small. For example, Min Min Technology estimates that in a 150 square meter family, there are almost 300 IOT nodes, at least 150 smart sensors, which is a normal ratio, so that there is a basis to create a more complete , intelligent, comfortable, and humane living environment.
In addition, one of the most important aspects is the Internet of Things cloud. Nowadays, many of the IoT clouds are actually from the Internet. The two are not the same. The original Internet architecture is the first content, then consider the content acquisition method, the content is relatively fixed and non-real-time; and the object of the Internet of Things is to collect and process the data happening at any time through the sensor, which is very large. One difference is the real-time and time-sensitive. The information of the Internet of Things must be controlled from the time of collection to the reaction time. The data beyond a certain period of time has no use. This is also a very obvious difference. When doing the Internet of Things, we must abandon the thinking of the Internet and cannot stay in the traditional thinking.
Q : How do you think that IoT companies and traditional home improvement companies can cooperate and win?
A: In the beginning, we will start with a traditional home improvement company from one or several specific products. Because we are really aware of the scenes of the smart home, and the focus of traditional home improvement companies is mainly concentrated in the category market and large-scale manufacturing production. In this way, we will take the initiative to guide these companies to produce products that are truly suitable for the current intelligent home market, in order to achieve a win-win situation and deeper cooperation between the two parties.
Q : The products of Minmin Technology have a wide range of applications. What are the advantages of their products?
A: The company's main line and principle is “green + smartâ€, which is a low-carbon environmentally-friendly smart home life, highlighting the theme of energy conservation and environmental protection. For example, the gateway, the former router vendors are also doing smart home, in fact, this is not a correct approach. Because the router itself is doing packet forwarding, if it is used for smart home control, its internal resources of the chip are actually not enough to support. This requires an extra storage space for the router product. Such a product will make the device consume more power, the product is uneconomical, environmentally friendly, and inefficient. The "small", "fine", "smart" is the essence of the Internet of Things smart home, but also the core principles of Min Min technology.

This gives us a thought: If the tile in the home integrates the sensor with intelligence, it can trigger an alarm in time after being subjected to abnormal pressure or long-term contact with human body temperature. Q : These days, I heard people comment that smart homes are difficult to land. The main channels are in real estate developers and some hotels. Is that so?
A: The main way at present is this, because the problems involved in the cloud cannot be too “fragmentedâ€. If you directly 2C, it will be very troublesome, which is significantly different from the well-known mobile phone business. Therefore, it is still the main form of 2B business cooperation.
Q : Can Min Min Technology share the case of successful cooperation with the company?
A: A lot. We are currently working with Zhongnan Group on a number of real estate projects, and the progress is very smooth!
