Xiamen Sanan Optoelectronics has ordered another 50 Veeco MOCVD equipment
Recently, Xiamen Sanan Optoelectronics announced that it will purchase 50 MOCVD equipment from Veeco Precision Instruments Co., Ltd. of the United States.
Sanan Optoelectronics has previously ordered 40 MOCVD equipment from it, and the additional order is to ensure the smooth investment of the first phase of the LED base project in Anhui Wuhu Economic Development Zone.
This additional MOCVD order will be delivered in batches by the end of May 2011.
