On November 15th, leaders of more than ten companies signed a first US$300 million investment agreement with LeEco Holdings to invest in LeEco Automotive and LeEco Global. Today, the Super Factory project of LeTV Supercar in Moganshan has triggered a new round of discussions. According to media reports, LeTV’s Moganshan project has not yet started.
Shortly after the report was issued, the LeTV supercar immediately gave an official response and said that the Moganshan project is about to start before the end of the year as planned. Le Yue founder Jia Yueting also forwarded Weibo and said: "All goes well!"
On August 10 this year, LeTV and the Zhejiang Provincial Government held a press conference in Hangzhou to announce the official launch of the eco-car super factory project in Moganshan. According to the plan, the total investment of the project is nearly 20 billion yuan. The planned land for the first phase is about 4,300 mu, and the planned annual output is 400,000 complete vehicles. At the same time, LeTV and the Zhejiang Provincial Government also reached a cooperation in building a “car ecological townâ€. According to the plan, all the future eco-towns will use electric vehicles, and use the network car and time-sharing to achieve 100% car socialization. In addition, LeTV will also inject content resources including music, sports, film and television into the ecological town.
It is understood that the Zhejiang government and LeTV are quite compatible in terms of ecological concept. Levi's Moganshan project has also received full support from all levels of government in Zhejiang Province. It took only one month from the intention to negotiate to the final signing. For such a volume of projects, this speed is unprecedented.
According to the official statement of LeTV, the Moganshan project will be officially started soon. According to this time, the Moganshan project started from the signing of the agreement to the groundbreaking, which lasted only about 4 months. In fact, as a large-scale and expensive automobile factory project involving a large number of people and departments, the progress of the project is generally slow. For example, FAW-Volkswagen's Tianjin plant project lasted nearly a year from the signing of the agreement to the foundation stone. If the LeTV Moganshan project can start as scheduled before the end of the year, its progress is undoubtedly quite rapid.
In fact, since the release of the "SEE Plan" by LeTV since the end of 2014, the outside world has not interrupted its voice. However, with the continuous deepening of the relevant progress of the car-making project, LeTV's car ecology is constantly approaching the goal of mass production.
