With the application of Hengyi's multi-serial communication protocol conversion scheme, it is possible to realize the conversion from RS232 / 485/422, CAN to TCP / IP communication protocol through simple design, and realize remote monitoring and management of industrial field equipment. System hardware design

Hengyi multi-serial communication solution is an industrial communication protocol conversion solution applied to the interconnection communication of different protocol devices. The program uses AT91RM9200 as the main processor; the multi-serial port expansion is implemented with a 16c554 chip, and a multi-serial port interrupt source management is realized by a piece of cpld (altera's epm7064), using the interrupt source to manage multiple extended serial ports; the data acquisition module is implemented with ADS7842, And the selection of data acquisition channel is realized by DG506 chip; CAN communication module is realized by CAN controller SJA1000. System software design

1) Multi-protocol support: You can directly connect interface devices with RS232, RS485, RS422, CAN and other communication protocols to serial protocol conversion devices.

2) Remote parameter setting

The system running on the multi-serial protocol conversion device realizes the function of embedded WEB_Server, connects the network and the protocol conversion device, logs in through the IE browser, and can set its working parameters, as shown in the figure:


Solution advantages

The multi-serial communication scheme realizes the networking and centralized management of serial devices. The program converts the serial data of the existing RS232, RS485 and other devices on the industrial site into TCP / IP data, and accesses and manages the data through the IP network.
