Recently, in order to develop LED backlights, Chi Mei Electric (3481) transferred investment to Qi Yao to complete a cash increase to raise NT$1 billion and will expand production.
The total number of shares issued was 60 million shares, and the issue price per share was 17 yuan. A total of 1 billion yuan was raised. The current share capital increased from 1.4 billion yuan to 2 billion yuan. Among them, the proportion of major shareholder subscriptions reached 90%, and CMI was able to obtain a total of 25.19 million shares.
