Senso VR Gloves: Wireless Control Six Degrees of Freedom Positioning Tracking

If VR brings tactile feedback, VR gloves can be said to be the best solution at the moment. We introduced NASA VR gloves for NASA, PowerClaw gloves for cold and heat shock, and Gloveone gloves for tactile feedback... The Senso we are going to introduce today is a powerful VR somatosensory glove.

Senso is a startup team from California that uses the IMU system to provide precise gesture & finger tracking while also providing different tactile feedback for different fingers. It is worth mentioning that it is wireless and does not require an additional camera to achieve 6 degrees of freedom for location tracking.

In terms of specific parameter configuration, Senso has 7 precision IMU tracking sensors, 5 tactile vibration motors and high-capacity batteries with up to 10 hours of battery life (supporting wireless charging). In addition, it can control the delay to 10ms at the frame number of 150FPS.

The Senso team was established in early 2015. After a year of research and development, the team brought the Senso engineering machine to the MWC and GDC exhibitions this year and received great attention. And just last month, they officially released the DK1 version to developers around the world. If successful, they will launch the consumer version (CV version) in the Q1-Q2 quarter next year.

Shockproof Pressure Sensor

The shockproof pressure sensor is the most commonly used sensor in industrial practice. It has shockproof function and has a certain benign response in case of various shaking. It is widely used in various industrial automatic control environments, including water conservancy and hydropower, railway transportation, intelligent construction, production automatic control, aerospace, military industry, petrochemical, oil well, electric power, ship, machine tool Pipeline and many other industries.

The integrated sensor is manufactured with standard process technology for producing silicon-based semiconductor integrated circuits. Usually, some circuits used for preliminary processing of the measured signal are also integrated on the same chip.
