It is reported that the fully automatic assembly line of Kangguan LED packaging workshop is imported from the international first-line brand equipment, such as the placement machine from one of the most advanced equipment manufacturing industry giants in the world - Samsung. The company's advanced manufacturing equipment provides strong support and guarantee for the workshop to improve production efficiency and yield, ensuring the excellent quality and sufficient supply of LED backlights. At the same time, the management level of the workshop has been greatly improved after the inspection of the preliminary trial production. The entire production process consists of 21 production processes. The instruction manual for each process is attached to the corresponding position of the assembly line, and the operator must be strictly in accordance with the operation instructions. And from the initial semi-finished products to finished products, the entire production process has a total of five processes to ensure that the product's yield rate reaches the industry's advanced level.
