Edison Optoelectronics Introduces New Surface Light Source EdiPower® II

Edison Optoelectronics has developed EdiPower II with leading packaging technology from its peers. To meet the diverse needs of customers, EdiPower II also offers different brightness specifications to provide a wider range of lighting applications.

Edison's EdiPower II family of products covers 410 lumens to 4100 lumens and can replace incandescent, halogen, high pressure gas (HID), and fluorescent lamps. The new EdiPower II family offers greater reliability and less light degradation. In addition, EdiPower II's low power consumption, long life and high quality are more suitable for general indoor and outdoor lighting, street lighting and other large-scale lighting.

EdiPower II's luminous efficiency is 100 lumens per watt for most lighting needs. The copper substrate used by Edison Optoelectronics makes the application of EdiPower II more convenient and fast, effectively reducing the time and cost of customers. EdiPower II can meet different application needs according to different brightness lumens.

The 410-540lm series replaces traditional light sources such as halogen and mercury lamps. The 850-1400lm series can be used in lamps such as MR16, xenon lamps and projection lamps. In addition to being used in projectors, the 1450-4100lm series can also be used in large space lighting such as street lighting, factory lighting and architectural lighting;

The European Union adopted the Restriction of the use of certain Hazardous Substances in EL ectrical and electronic equipment in November 2002 and restricted the use of lead, cadmium, mercury, etc. in the ten major types of electrical and electronic equipment since July 2006. substance. The EdiPower II process does not contain toxic substances such as mercury, which greatly reduces the problem of environmental pollution, and can effectively replace the adverse effects of traditional light sources such as incandescent lamps and halogen lamps on the environment, contributing to environmental protection and becoming a new environmental protection concept. A generation of light source technology.
