Leite Technology: 2015 net profit growth of over 60%

On February 29th, Smart Lighting's first Leite Technology (stock code: 832110) released its 2015 annual report. According to the report, in 2015, Leite Technology achieved operating income of RMB 40.76 million, a year-on-year increase of 41.43%, and a net profit of RMB 161.556 million, a year-on-year increase of 62.05%.

In December 2015, Leite Technology planned and integrated the upstream and downstream industries, and established three wholly-owned subsidiaries, namely “Lei Tian Intelligent”, “Guangdong Xiaolei Technology” and “Guangdong Leite Lighting”. In January 2016, it acquired Jiangmen City. With 51% equity of Botuo Optoelectronics Co., Ltd., the company has completed the construction of the overall industrial chain of “smart power supply”, “smart lighting control”, “smart home” and “lighting products”, and created a “Little Leizhijia” cloud service platform. Through the above initiatives, we will cultivate the future growth point of Leite Technology.
