Good afternoon everyone, I am Huacan.

This is also a proposition essay. After listening to the sunshine speech, I was also excited.

My topic is "chip companies must also adapt to the needs of the market", divided into three parts:

One is the trend of the industry, the trend of market segments, the technical trends and projects, and the positioning.

This process is a process when we Hua Chuang was founded. In one case, we first opened a small head. Dr. Zhang asked me to talk about the market economy. This is hard to talk about. Because Huacan is an epitaxial chip company, we are not starting from scratch, and the investment capital is high. It is really tired now.

In general, my own experience, Huacan's development history is basically my own participation from the beginning of the display to the present, I think my biggest experience is divided into two-dimensional space, three stages.

Two latitudes, one is itself, and the other is to understand the outside of the market, which is two-dimensional.

It is always easy for people to know the world outside. In fact, it is not easy to know yourself.

On this basis we have to define that I have to keep the Update outside and inside the Update. In this process, after the end of this link, in fact, the second stage is that there are many external worlds, many opportunities, many temptations, and many traps. The inside is the same, maybe I will be arrogant and may be inferior. Internal and external to match.

I am very convinced of relativity, because any sentence, a word, is only OK in an environment, and it is not suitable without a fixed environment. This is the chip I have been doing for the past few years. The system itself, I describe this as a system, I am probably divided into two-dimensional three-stage.

How did the specific case go? In fact, there is a process, the previous process is not perfect, generally we will basically pursue a thing, is a focus process, there is a lot of data.

We divide the industry into displays, as well as backlights, lighting, and capacity.

Find some conclusive things from it.

After the data of a market and a market comes back, I will ask myself some questions. In the process, we just talked about the outside. Now let's take a look at some of the things inside ourselves. Because the left side is highly luminous, low-cost, systematic, economical, controllable, intelligent, and design sense, there are many people who are easy to think of, or think of, but the form of expression is different.

The intelligent issues that the General Manager has just talked about, especially the controllability and intelligence, it takes a few steps to intelligently understand our understanding. Perhaps we are now called macro-intelligent lighting. In the future, this industry may not be called the lighting industry. I suspect that the smart industry, because there is really a system out, the lighting inside is nothing.

As a personal person, I often ponder this problem. Three years ago, I went to the United States to talk about a special wireless protocol. In fact, there are still some current agreements that are always produced. There are good and bad, this company is Jewish. Finally, I decided to give up, because our chip factory is still far away, and may not be able to digest in the end. But I heard that this company was later bought by Lei Jun. Assuming that this legend is true, then most of his internal play is the same.

This is the development direction of the application. In the end, we still have to focus, so we will return to these issues. For example, how much money, how many lumens, and benefits, will return to these issues.

This is what we have come over in the past few years. I feel that my products have helped a lot of companies in a certain growth process.

One is an 8×10 project that was pushed at the end of 2010. In addition, it is a high-voltage chip solution, including the solution of filament lamp, etc. These are all transformations last year. In addition to the display chip, we must also implement the white light series. Although our white light chip is still under construction last year, But this year has already been a bit of a good amount. Last year, when we were doing research on this product, we actually studied this thing after more than half a year.

Just now the official has also talked about it. Maybe many CEOs are working as product managers, but in fact the pressure is relatively large, and the amount of information is very large, so I am thinking, I am not doing the opposite. Because I mainly did it before, but two years ago, I set up the marketing department and the product department. Is it right now? It’s not good.

I believe that there will be some new programs coming out next year. If everyone is interested, I can share it with you. If you are willing to share it privately, I am willing to share it. This product is really my own when I am doing it. If I am interested, I can exchange this question together.

Behind the future of creativity, because after all, I am doing chips, it will involve a lot of basic things, I believe that many of the future intelligentization of the last few layers of my chip can still be merged, there will be my own design behind .

The same is true of the positioning of the enterprise. It is also through a series of data to start looking for opportunities in the middle. My business is an extension, the extension of the plant chain. We will continue to focus on the chip.

There are probably two factories now, one is Wuhan and the other is Suzhou. Construction started at the end of the previous year. I think it was built fast enough. After one year, the factory will get up.

This is some positioning, there is a strategy for positioning, and there is no strategy without positioning.
